Just a little insight into how I became an Equipment Installer for the physically challenged. I attended a
Ricon School, which taught me how to create mobility lifts and modifications, at the request of
former employer back in 1993. I then moved to Florida to assist him in his Adaptive business. I
blossomed there and ran operations for over 11 years. I did 90% of all installation applications
as well as the majority of evaluations and sales.
At the end of 2004 we parted due to the fact he did not want any more employees. So I branched
out and here we are doing the same thing I love to do.
I have a good friend with me, who has also been in the business for 8 years or so, his name is Dave Heil.
He has the same experience as I do. He also had worked for the same company.
